Cartagena de Indias is a city that combines local, national and international cuisine in a unique market full of varied flavors and aromas that captivate even the most demanding palates.

The city's gastronomical offering is very diverse, from its traditional fried foods in which the empanada or egg-stuffed arepa reigns, and also buñuelos that are made out of bean or carimañolas made out of yuca roots.
